Jungae Descamps is the founder of JUNGAE — a Paris-based consultancy working internationally across Beauty, Home & Lifestyle. Belgian-Korean, trained in Marketing and Textile Design, she began her career at NellyRodi before building 20 years of practice across trends, brand, product and creative direction. 210+ missions.

The gap between marketing intent and design execution is where desirability is lost. Her role is to close that gap — for large groups, mid-sized companies and growing SMEs who need a partner that moves fast, challenges thinking, and brings creative vision and commercial rigour to the same table.

She is also the founder of tresse Paris — a sustainable hair colour brand and Bpifrance Innovation Award winner — built on the same conviction: that aesthetics and strategy are inseparable.
