Concept, experiences and product storytelling to enrich the marketing plan : We developed new product territories for Diptyque's premium range Les Mondes — each rooted in a cultural or natural world, with its own story, sensory codes and creative direction. Giving the team a rich, coherent pipeline to work from.

Limited Editions Roadmap : We analysed the current portfolio and animation calendar, then recommended four limited edition typologies aligned with their commercial goals — each with a clear canvas to brief from, season after season.

Development of product bundles: We developed a series of product bundles — each with its own overarching concept, positioning, ritual, sensory PODs, fragrance, color and packaging direction. Structured to perform commercially and feel coherent on shelf.
